The room. It was very comfortable and modern.

The buffet breakfast is too expensive in comparison with what you get.

Could not fault it in any way - although we had a car so I am not sure how good the public transport is - the parking was free. We loved the spaciousness in the rooms and the building in general.

I like most the surrounding. It is like in the small town but easy to get everything because very close to shopping complex with supermarket

It is very comfortable!

Very far from center and the hotel staff is terrible, they don't know how to deal with clients!

Free park if you are by car - 25 min by tram to centre (but 10 minutes by foot to the tram stop)

250 euro by credit card at arrival for hotel assurance

I as given a room that had not been serviced. Dirty sheets etc left in the room and when I called reception they failed to take any action other than to provide clean towels. - Not acceptable I would like my money back please.
