Area information

Schiphol is central to many of the major transport links in the Netherlands. Fed by the A4 and A5, guests and commuters will find they can make a quick start to their travels.

Train Station (1km) - From Schiphol train station you can board trains to anywhere in the Netherlands, including journeys into the centre of Amsterdam.

Airport (6km) – Easily accessible via the main roads and the hotel’s free shuttle bus service.

We found the room very comfortable. We were not able to take benefit
of all the facilities though as we arrived late and left very early in
the morning.

There could have been more staff on reception. It does not give a very
good impression of a hotel when there are a lot of disgruntled people
milling around waiting to be attended to. I was also not pleased to find
that we had to pay one way for the shuttle service to Schipol airport.

Desk Staff were pleasant.

A little farther from the airport than I thought. I didn't realize that there was a cost for the return shuttle. Also, the additional taxes and fees were more expensive than I realized that they would be.

Proximity to the Airport and a shuttle service every 20 minutes.

Five euros per person from hotel back to the airport, will make me
reconsider staying at this hotel again.

For women travelers, the hotel has rooms with special amenities designed especially for women. Because of rising gasoline prices, the hotel shuttle to the airport is no longer complimentary.

The room was magnificent. They were running a "women's room" programme with pamper bags for ladies and magazines - a real treat

The beds were very comfortable and the shuttle from airport was
convienent to use. We booked when it was still free. It was nice of the
hotel clerks to have our 2 rooms connected together.

How they are now charge for the shuttle from hotel to airport 5e a
person. That could be pricy for a family. The hotel is to far away and
the free shuttle was the incentive to stay there. Now it makes more
sense to stay closer to town. The shuttles go up to the airport anyway
to pick people up so it's not an extra trip for them. The cost should of
been added to the rooms.

The room was great.

They charged extra for every little thing even the Hotel shuttle.
Breakfast was $32 minimum. Couldn't order a cup of coffee for less. To
print a boarding pass was $16. This is an Airport Hotel, someone needs
to tell them!

There´s a restriction for kids to use the swimming pool. It was one of the features we had looked for and it was being denied. Luckily there´s an exeption during holidays, but there should be a warning.

Staff was very friendly. Good transfers to and from airport . There was late checkout on Sundays (5:00 PM) which worked great for me because my plane did not leave until 6:00 PM.

The shower in bathtub. I am fairly tall and this is very uncomfortable. Also single beds don't work. If I wanted that I would go stay in a 1 star hotel. We also experienced problems with our bookings

a classy hotel just nearby the airport. Here you can relax, not just transit.

On the day of arrival, the shuttle that were supposed to leave from the airport at 20.30 showed up at around 20.25. Went inside to get my family, took less than 2 mins, went out again just to see the shuttle leave. My watch had the same time as the clocks at the airport, which was clearly not yet 20.30. However the next one was on time and had a nice driver who helped with our luggage and stroller
