Location was good The Hotel is tatty once you leave reception, carpets on 5th floor were dangerous and some services are poor housekeeping. |

comfortable bed, great food, staff very helpful and had good sense of humour! would like lemon (sachets) available for lemon tea, could you please put in as an option for hotel stay. |

Very friendly staff! Central and very convinient. The room was very cold and the weak heating system wasn't able to warm the room properly during my stay. An alternative heating system wasn't available at the hotel. This hotel is not for winter holiday breaks/stay! |
